About the Role
As a Strategy Consultant at DNA Consult, you’ll run end-to-end strategy engagements across technology and industrial clients. You’ll scope the problem, drive the evidence sprint (TAM/SAM/SOM, VoC, competitive/pricing maps), frame options with trade-offs, and translate choices into an executable roadmap. You’ll facilitate decision workshops, coach analysts, and collaborate with domain experts to keep the work grounded in reality. Remote-first, with occasional client calls across India/GCC time zones.
Responsibilities
Scope problems, define success metrics, and build the plan of work/SOW.
Lead evidence sprints: secondary research, buyer/expert calls, and sizing models.
Build competitive, channel, and pricing maps; outline price corridors and value drivers.
Frame options & trade-offs; recommend a path with risks, costs, and impact.
Convert outcomes into a 90-day plan and a 12–24-month roadmap (owners, KPIs).
Facilitate exec workshops; align leadership on decisions and next steps.
Review and refine decks; ensure sources/assumptions are documented and auditable.
Coach analysts; manage timelines/risks across parallel workstreams.
Present to C-level/boards and iterate quickly on feedback.
Capture learnings and maintain light case notes for reuse.
Requirements
5–8+ years in strategy/consulting/market research or equivalent operator role.
Strong quantitative skills (market sizing, unit economics basics, scenarios).
Excellent synthesis and storytelling; crisp, source-linked narratives.
Confident interviewer and facilitator; comfortable with senior stakeholders.
Advanced Sheets/Excel and Slides/PowerPoint; strong written English.
Reliable project management in a remote, async environment.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in business, economics, engineering, or similar.
Nice to Have
Pricing/WTP experience; message/feature testing or VoC.
Market entry/expansion work (routes-to-market, partners, regulation).
Exposure to financial modeling / assumptions books.
Familiarity with LLM-assisted research workflows.
Sector depth in tech/industrials/healthcare; multi-region exposure (India/GCC/SEA).
