About the Role
As a Research & Insights Associate at DNA Consult, you’ll work across technology and industrial projects to translate evidence into options and trade-offs. You’ll scope and run modules (market sizing, VoC, pricing/WTP, competitive landscapes), synthesize findings into crisp narratives, and present sections on client calls. The role is remote, fast-cycle, and highly collaborative with principals and domain SMEs.
Responsibilities
Scope and own research modules; plan tasks/timelines and keep the tracker current.
Run secondary research with a clean source log and assumptions book.
Build TAM/SAM/SOM, simple unit-economics tables, and competitive/pricing maps.
Draft screeners & short surveys; conduct/assist VoC interviews and synthesize verbatims.
Support pricing/WTP tests; summarize price corridors and value drivers.
Turn analysis into slides/one-pagers with “what’s true / what’s changing / so what.”
Present module updates to clients; capture actions and follow-ups.
Coordinate expert calls (guides, notes); incorporate SME inputs.
QA your work (math, links, citations) and support juniors on tasks when needed
Requirements
2–4 years in market research, consulting, strategy, or high-signal internships/projects.
Strong Sheets/Excel (lookups, pivots, basic scenarios) and Slides/PowerPoint.
Clear written English and storyline skills; comfort on calls.
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in a remote, async setup.
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline with analytical/communication strength).
Nice to Have
Pricing/WTP exposure or message/feature testing.
Experience with LLM-assisted research and prompt hygiene.
Sector familiarity in tech, industrials, healthcare, or energy.
