About the Role
The Client Engagement Lead owns delivery and relationship health across strategy, market entry, digital/AI pilots, VoC/pricing, and investor-grade modeling. You’ll scope programs, shape SOWs, orchestrate analysts and domain experts, facilitate decision workshops, and ensure every recommendation is source-linked with options, trade-offs, and owners. You’ll manage commercials, cadence, and quality while building long-term partnerships across India/GCC/SEA.
Responsibilities
Scope problems; draft SOWs, budgets, and project plans with milestones/KPIs.
Lead discovery: stakeholder interviews, goal alignment, and success criteria.
Design research/analysis approach (market/VoC/pricing/modeling) and set cadence.
Facilitate decision workshops; align leadership on choices and trade-offs.
Translate outcomes into a 90-day plan (owners, timeline) and 12–24-month view.
Coach and review team work; ensure accuracy, citations, and narrative clarity.
Present to C-level/boards; handle Q&A and iterate quickly.
Manage SME/partner onboarding and deliverables.
Track engagement health (timelines, budgets, NPS) and maintain case studies.
Support business development: proposals, scopes, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene.
Requirements
7–10+ years leading consulting/strategy/research engagements with client ownership.
Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and executive communication.
Strong quantitative comfort (market sizing, pricing/WTP basics, unit economics; able to review financial models).
Proven project and people leadership in remote/distributed teams.
Bias to action; comfortable with ambiguity and constrained timelines.
Willingness for occasional travel (workshops/field checks).
Nice to Have
Domain depth in tech/industrials/healthcare or multi-region work (India/GCC/SEA).
Experience with market entry, AI use-case backlogs/MVPs, or IPO/diligence research.
Network of experts/SMEs and vendor/partner management experience.
Familiarity with LLM workflows and data tools (BI, SQL/Python).
MBA or equivalent is a plus (not mandatory).
